A beautiful trap (gif RP)

It all started with a jewelry. One had to abandon his body and remain trapped inside the only safe place there was at the time. The creature had no choice. A mistake or not, he had to bear the endless darkness inside the crack of time and space. Sometimes there were stars, far away in the sky for him to see. When a living thing found the jewelry and put it on, he started to hunt them, desperately trying to make them gather all of his fragments so he can manifest himself free once again. He wanted that so badly, more than anything else. To be free now, in a much more atheistic world, free of the gods he despised serving to.
So he'd hunt them, he'd make them mad, he'd drive them so crazy that most people just lost the entirety of their minds within a few days. He'd absorb the last drop of sanity till there was only his darkness left. Then he'd take over their bodies and watch the stars lined up in constellations. At least he'd be free for a few minutes, maybe an hour, if lucky. Not that it was nearly enough. No, it wasn't.
The ancient ring, seemingly untouched by time, was now resting in the cold ground, buried near a tree in the backyard of some robbers, unclear when anyone would wear it again.

"There is no other way ...", he whispered.
"You wish", she answered.



She teleported in front of the magical safe and opened it, avoiding the magic, wrapped around.
Aamina got the ring and looked at it once again before putting it on her finger.
It was her revenge against the world and the rules, the way they all threated her.

"She's not like the others..."
It wasn't a voice, it was more like a feeling, just like the one he though that he forgot a long time ago. That disgust and that unwanted reverence he'd always feel runing through his veins even after his own betrayal, even after all these years...

Here we go again...
He was, indeed, awoken again. His powers, even now far from their glorious days, still sent a longlasting wave of electricity through her body, and from now on every inch of her being would sence his demands, just like she'd be the only one able to see and hear him.
He hasn't spoken a word to her all day, just long enough to get to know her a little bit, to see what he was dealing with. When the clock striked twelve, he decited it's time to appear. Not because he was counting the minutes, it was just more fun to scare her that way, while looking in the mirror. Like in one of those good old horror movies, when you look for your own reflection and there's suddenly that of a stranger. He wouldn't let her see her own self from now on. It was decided. Besides he was already deep in her head anyway.

"It suits you nicely.", he almost smiled "But it doesn't match your outfit."

A loud sound echoed in the bathroom with the size of a whole palace. Who needed such a huge bathroom anyways? Tho, to be completely honest, Wriothesley appreciated luxury, but cozy places like this mansion here. He'd his tour around while the goddess was running from one room to another, but never really payed close attention to what she was doing, because he rather get more familiar with his new surroundings. When she gave him that weird fistbump-like greeting, he stood there for a solid second, just trying not to burst into laughter.

"Is that your normal late night slash morning routine or...?" , he said, faking his concern for her lability. Usually people started to act like that after a few hours in his presence, but she was already trying to kill him. Like it was possible to kill a virus with a fist. Wouldn't that be funny?
He immediately fixed the cracks in the mirror, left by the goddess, cuz he purely insisted of her to keep looking at his handsome face. Even if she was to turn around, she'd still see him. Only him. Everywhere she'd go, every face she'd see, all would be him from now on. Almost like a colorblind sickness, he was already poisoning her mind.

He was like a phantom, hunting her mind, soon to even appear in her memories. Having quick access to every single moment of her eternal life, of her lost and found values, every single breath she took and she'd keep taking... He was everywhere and everything at once.
He searched for some answers, but left the first room in her mind with even more questions than before. Now, he wasn't in a rush, wasn't he? Wouldn't be that fun to just reveal it all in one single go. He wanted to save that exotic feeling of mystery for now. Since she turned to be more naive than expected and thought she'd be able to just ignore him, he used one of his favorite methods to keep annoying her.

"You're probably thinking: Is that all in my head?"
Even if not even a complete being, the demon was able to do everything the goddess was. All it took was just a short walk through her memory. He picked up an apple. Juicy and green, as delicious for him as it was for her at the moment she ate it at some point of her life.

"No, dummy. Think, use that dead brain of yours a little. Lets recap. You haven't eaten any mushrooms, or smoked weed today, isn't that right? Believe me, you're not that bipolar, even tho girls usually are in some degree."
At this point he was just mumbling random words, anything that came to mind, just to be able to chew his apple as loud as possible right next to her ear.

He swallowed the last piece of the apple just the moment she finally talked. Great news, it didn't took him too much effort, not nearly as much as he anticipated. That said, he decided to stay as vague as possible in his words, even after she was smart enough to get it. Yes, she knew what was in front of her now, but at the same time she had no idea what she was dealing with, so the fun has only just began.

"Oh, but you already know who I am. You forgetful little thing." he laughed and the smirk stayed on his face for long enough.
"If you ask me, the real question is who are you. Not who are YOU, but who are you in that dream version of yourself."
He spoke with a bit of a abstract splash in his words, but didn't care if she gets it. He already saw the truth, buried deep in her brain. No one could hide, not from his presence.

"I've already asked you the real question."

"It would be easier if you just tell me what you want and to get rid of you faster."

He stood before her and crossed his hands with a bit of a playful look on his face. Usually his trade mark was, indeed, to just try and force the wearer to help him, set him free, but now, after all these years of countless darkness, he wanted one thing more than his freedom. Almost...

"Oh, I see. So no beating around the bush with you, huh?", he finally answered with a smirk. "So if I just tell you what I want, you're going to grant my wish? Presuming I leave you alone after"
